As Office Operations Manager, she keeps the day-to-day running smoothly, steps in wherever she’s needed, and brings a calm, confident presence that helps the entire team stay on track. A longtime friend of owner Raina (since high school), Vicki’s loyalty and care show in everything she does – always focused on creating a supportive, welcoming experience for both clients and staff. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their teenage boys.
